Tatiana Ivanikova, Managing Partner
The founder of the company, Tatiana Ivanikova brings more than 10 years of successful recruiting experience to ATI Business Consulting. She joined executive search business in 1997 after holding a variety of management positions in companies in the information technology sector.
A graduate in applied mathematics of Moscow University, Tatiana sets the tone for ATI BC about what defines a superior executive search firm. These three qualities the professional experience of the team, their creativity, and their ability to instill a deep sense of trust in both clients and candidates.
